More Great AXE products

This is to go along with my review from the other day. Today I am going to talk about the men’s Axe line in Anarchy. We got to use the deodorant, body spray, and body wash. After the men in my home got done using it all I will say they smelled sooooo good. I do not like many men’s products that have a scent; they are usually too strong or to musky for me.  The AXE lines, I have not come across that yet. This line nailed it again. 

   First is the revitalizing body wash in Anarchy. I wish I could describe smells better to help you better understand how good it smells. It is bathroom filling scent and it does give you such a refreshed feeling as you use it and smell it. This one I did not use on myself because it was such a strong guy scent, but all the guys did, and I used it on my hands for see how well it comes off. This one is just as good as the other body wash. It rinses so good and leaves you feeling so clean. The guys said it lathered so good and worked super well with AXE buffer thing.  After getting out of the shower you could still smell it one them and it filled the house. It did not dry out anyone’s skin. All five guys gave it huge thumbs up. The females love the smell and agreed with the guys. I think it is a great scent, rinses so good and does not dry out your sink, plus it has that great pick- me- up to it.

   The next thing is the men’s 24h deodorant in Anarchy. Being a girl I have to say I love the color of it. It is such a great light blue. This is a gel deodorant which is honestly new to the family and I. The first thing we noticed is that it is wet feeling for about 20 seconds. I am guessing all gels are like this, because right after those 20 seconds you no longer know it is there. The smell is a little bit different than the body wash. It is more of a fruity or sweet under tone, but it works perfect with the body wash. After a full long hard day at work and the gym the guys all came home, and I was thinking oh god they are all going to need full showers and smell so bad. I was wrong. The deodorant held its own. You could smell it almost as strong as when they went. It worked so well to hide the yucky sweaty smell that they usually had at the end of the day. The only thing that they had bad to say was that, it does not block all the sweat, they could still feel a little bit of wetness, not enough to make them not want to use the product though. They loved that the scent had lasted all day and stayed so strong and that is most important to them. So overall, they love how well it works and the smell and will keep using it. They are excited to see what other smells that AXE makes in deodorant so they can try them all to see if they work this well. For the girl side, we are very thank full that it keeps them smelling good at the end of the day, so we do not have to hold our breath for that first hug when they get home.

   The last part of the set we have is the body spray in Anarchy. This can is just like the woman’s just in blue, black, gray, and gold.  Great graphics and I love how they open and close because you can carry them and not worry about getting them all over the place. This scent is a little different from the other two products as well, it has like a powder undertone to it. I LOVE it; it is my favorite out of the set. I am glad that it is the finishing part to it all. All three of them together makes the guys smell so good. This spray works as well as the woman’s. The guys put it on in the afternoon and you could smell it in the morning on their clothes. That once again is staying power. I love products that have staying power, and I am always willing to pay a little more because you will use less of the product so it will last long. AXE is a super deal because the smells are so good, and last a long time. They are also easy on the wallet. I have not seen AXE for over 6 dollars in my area, and it is almost always on sale around here. I am so happy with this new scent and I hope that everyone will try it. AXE products

I got to try some new products from Axe and I have to say they did it again. J I have a lot to try so this will be a two maybe three part review. I will start with telling everyone about the biggest surprise, the new woman’s bodyspray. <3 The can says limited time and that makes me sad L I will stock up now and horde it. First off I love the can it is in, pink, black, and white equals perfect in my book. It is kind of a flower, fruit type smell, called Anarchy. Please forgive me I stink at explaining smells. Lol. I know it is going to be a great everyday all day smell for summer. Just smelling it now reminds me of summer. This also has great staying power. I put it on at about noon time yesterday and I could smell in this morning before my shower. It was not a very over powering smell, for me it was just right. It gives the guys a hint of something as we walk by. I have been dying for a woman’s AXE line I honestly did not realize that had one coming out until I got this box. I cannot tell you how super excited I was and still am. I LOVE this scent, the can, the staying power all of it. I had my younger sister and my mother both try it to and they agreed with me about it all. My father, brother, boyfriend and his brother thought it was a great scent for a woman. I am hoping that this line moves into lotion and or body wash as-well. So the overall, I am super happy with this product and will tell everyone I can to give it a try.

 The next thing that I tried was the 2 in1 Body + hair in Sportsblast. It is a re-energizing wash for after sports. The first thing about it is the color, such a great blue. Now yes this is a men’s product but I tried it along with my brother, I wanted to see what it was like and how well it cleaned and rinsed off the body. When using it in the shower the scent fills up the whole bathroom. It is another great smell from AXE. It is kind of a lemon citrus type smell. They always seem to nail the scents. It lathers great and went on as good if not better than my current Bath & Body works shower gel. Now the best part was how good it rinsed off. I felt squeaky clean once it was off of me. It did not dry my skin out either. The scent is not very strong and is almost gone once you are out of the shower, but I was ok with that and so were the guys because it leaves a fresh base to add one of their bodysprays. It does give you a little bit of a pick up while using it. I used it when I first woke up and it was like wake-up call and made me happy. Now when I asked the guys they did say all the same things but in a men’s way. They said, “yep we like it, we are clean, do not smell like a girl, and would use it again and again.”

 Both of these products are great. I am so happy with them. I will get another review of more products tomorrow or the day after. I am trying to use all a little bit so I can see how they are over a few days and see how they really work. I <3 AXE and think that their new line of products are keepers.

I got to try the BEST beef and turkey jerk this week. It comes from a company called Perky Jerky. I had never heard about them until I came across the company while web searching and now I want to help get their name out there. It was started by two guys at a ski lodge after a long night having fun. I have to say thank you for that night and coming up with this jerky. First off where can you get it you ask? Well it can be found online at http://www.perkyjerky.com/ or 7-11, GNC, Target, Best Buy, and Home Depot. I am going to Target tomorrow to stock up on it. What it is? It is jerky that they have infused in some magical way with energy drinks. It has made it such a great texture and so tender and easy to chew. Out of the two flavors, I loved them both but the Turkey was my favorite. The turkey was just a little thinner, because of the meat and I just personally like that. They both start out sweet like a teriyaki type flavor but as you chew it ends in peppercorn. It is the perfect mix of sweet and heat. After eating a bag of it, I could feel that perk of energy that they talked about as well. It was not like an energy drink either, that I was crashing from a few hours later. I used it as a snack in the afternoon after missing lunch and it cured my hunger and made my tummy and mouth super happy. Each bite made me want more. I am sad I am all out and I cannot wait to get out tomorrow to get some more. If you like jerky you HAVE to try this jerky; you can't go wrong with it. They picked great colors and pictures. It is simple, easy to read and understand and straight to the point. I will say it again; this is the BEST jerky that I have ever eaten. I will not go back to the other brands now that I have found Perky Jerky and I hope that everyone who reads this will at least give it a try.
